Piggs Peak Poker /
Poker 333 Review

Click here for $75 Sign-Up Bonus

I'm afraid this site really rubbed me the wrong way from the start. They required me to register with my name and email and automatically download their software before they'd even let me peruse the site and check out what they've got to offer. I don't like being manipulated this way and, frankly, there are plenty of other Prima Network Sites treat you better.

But, if you like the name Piggs Peak, or the fact that they have two URLs instead of one (whatever), or the cute little piggy graphics in their advertisements, then by all means give them a shot. They're really not much different than every other Prima site, and that's both good and bad. Piggs Peak Poker does let players set up private tournaments, and they participate in Prima's rake-back program, which is admittedly nice.

They've also got a $16 No Deposit bonus, so you may want to sign up just to ride that mini-bankroll as far as it'll take you.

Software & Graphics
Prima Poker's Microgaming software
Despite frequent updates, Microgaming's still reputed to have equally frequent slowdowns, disconnects, freezes, bugs, stats features malfunctioning, etc.
Stark graphics - no avatars
Clean, textual coverage of entire betting sequence
Software is slow to act, yet still expects players to act fast - watch out for involuntary timeouts
No frills, 2-D, utilitarian functionality - which many players prefer (personal preference)
Dual table play
