Hey look! Another Prima Poker Network "skin". And you thought you were running out. Sarcasm aside, Prima has an extensive network for a very good reason - people like what they have to offer, namely a ton of flow-through traffic from sites that may or not even be poker-centric, and the kind of guaranteed prize pools that can only come from such a successful and long-established venture.
So their software is a bit slow, buggy, and bland. It's also clean and easy-to-follow. With the Prima Network you take the good with the bad. What makes Virtual City Poker stand out above its kin? For one, Virtual City is one of the few Prima "skins" that participates in the Poker Rewards loyalty program (see Poker Rewards review).
Virtual City also uses "CashCheck" technology so players can easily track all deposits and withdrawals in one place, and "PlayCheck" technology for players to track their entire transaction history (including hand and betting histories).

Software & Graphics
Prima Poker's Microgaming software
Despite frequent updates, complaints still abound of slowdowns, disconnects, freezes, bugs, stats features malfunctioning, etc.
Stark graphics - no avatars
Clean, textual coverage of entire betting sequence
Software is slow to act, yet still expects players to act fast - watch out for involuntary timeouts
No frills, 2-D, utilitarian functionality - which many players prefer (personal preference)
Dual table play
